Installer Service Specialist

Installer Service Specialist oversees the daily activity of the delivery specialist to ensure customers receive accurate and timely order deliveries. The role involves developing sales relationships with installers/professional customers, quickly and accurately taking customer orders over the phone and online, invoicing orders, directing parts picking and staging for delivery, and coordinating with delivery specialists to ensure timely fulfillment. Responsibilities include maintaining delivery vehicles per standards and completing inspections, ensuring mileage data is logged in fleet management devices, working with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service, verifying that products and cores are billed, and handling returns for warranty or core credit. Additional duties include assisting at front and retail counters, supporting backroom tasks (auto-load, stock, returns), processing labor claims efficiently, and performing other duties as assigned.
