Installer Service Specialist

Installer Service Specialist oversees daily activity of the delivery function and helps service professional customers at the installer counter. Builds sales relationships with installers/professional customers, processes orders by phone and online, invoices orders, directs picking and staging of parts for delivery, and routes delivery specialists to ensure timely deliveries. Ensures delivery vehicles are serviced and inspected on schedule, documents daily mileage, and collaborates with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service. Verifies product/merchandise billing, handles core and warranty returns, audits warranty abuse, assists at front and retail counters, and supports backroom duties and claims processing. Bilingual candidates are encouraged. ASE Certification and strong mechanical background are preferred.
