Installer Service Specialist

Manage installer counter operations by developing sales relationships with professional customers, taking orders over the phone and online, and directing delivery specialists to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Invoice customer orders, verify product billing including warranty parts and cores, and audit returns for warranty abuse while processing labor claims efficiently. Maintain delivery vehicle standards by completing inspections, entering daily mileages into fleet management devices, and servicing vehicles according to company protocols. Assist with backroom duties such as auto-loading, stock management, and returns as needed. This role supports the Territory Sales Manager in providing superior service to professional customers. Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is highly desired.
