Job Summary
The Installer Service Specialist is responsible for servicing the needs of professional customers through the installer counter, overseeing delivery specialists, and ensuring accurate and timely order deliveries. Key responsibilities include developing sales relationships with installers and professional customers, accurately taking and invoicing customer orders, staging parts for delivery, maintaining delivery vehicles, performing vehicle inspections, and processing warranty returns. Candidates must possess a strong mechanical background and have excellent communication skills. ASE Certification and bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in mechanics
- Above average communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
