Installer Service Specialist

Oversee and direct daily delivery specialist activity to ensure professional customers receive accurate, timely order deliveries. Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, and route delivery specialists while ensuring vehicle inspections and fleet management data are completed daily. Develop sales relationships with installers, verify product billing for warranties and cores, and audit returns for warranty abuse. Assist on front and retail counters, manage backroom duties including auto-loading and stock, and process customer labor claims efficiently.
