Installer Service Specialist

Oversee and direct the daily activity of delivery specialists to ensure customers receive accurate and timely order deliveries. Work with installers and professional customers to develop sales relationships, taking orders over the phone and online while directing efforts to accurately pick and stage parts. Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards, completing vehicle inspections and entering daily mileages into fleet management devices. Verify all product, warranty parts, and cores are billed before customers leave the store, and audit customer returns for warranty abuse. Assist on front and retail counters as needed, help with backroom duties including auto-loading and stock management, and process customer labor claims quickly. Requires strong background in mechanics and above-average communication skills. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
