Job Summary
The Installer Service Specialist oversees daily activities of delivery specialists to ensure accurate and timely order deliveries for professional customers. This role involves developing sales relationships, processing customer orders over the phone and online, managing vehicle maintenance and inspections, and collaborating with sales personnel to enhance service delivery. Responsibilities also include auditing returns for warranty abuse, assisting on retail and backroom duties, and processing customer labor claims efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in mechanics
- Above average communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
