Job Summary
Installer Service Specialist is a technical parts specialist who serves professional customers at the store’s installer counter and oversees the delivery specialist’s daily activities to ensure accurate, timely order deliveries. Responsibilities include taking and invoicing customer orders (phone and online), directing parts picking/staging for delivery, routing delivery staff, maintaining delivery vehicles, performing vehicle inspections, and logging mileage in fleet systems. Works with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service, verifies that products and warranty parts are billed, and ensures returns (core and warranty) are processed promptly. Assists on front and retail counters, supports backroom duties (auto-load, returns, stock), and helps with customer labor claims. Bilingual candidates encouraged. ASE Certification desired. Strong emphasis on mechanics background, communication skills, and a history of delivering reliable, customer-focused service.
