Installer Service Specialist

Manage installer counter operations by developing sales relationships with professional customers, taking orders over the phone and online, and directing delivery specialists to ensure accurate and timely part deliveries. Invoice customer orders, stage parts for delivery, and maintain delivery vehicles according to company standards while entering daily mileages into fleet management devices. Verify product billing, process warranty returns and labor claims, and audit customer returns for warranty abuse. Assist on front and retail counters as needed, handle backroom duties including auto-loading and stock management, and support territory sales managers in providing superior service.
