Installer Service Specialist

Installer Service Specialist oversees daily activity of the delivery specialist to ensure professional customers receive accurate and timely orders, including taking orders over the phone and online, invoicing, picking and staging parts for delivery, directing delivery routes, and ensuring vehicle inspections and fleet maintenance are completed. Responsibilities include auditing returns for warranty abuse, ensuring warranty/cores are billed and credited promptly, assisting on front and retail counters, supporting backroom duties, processing customer labor claims quickly, and collaborating with Sales Specialists and Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service. Strong mechanics background, good communication, and ASE certification are preferred; bilingual (Spanish) skills are highly desired. The role emphasizes customer service, parts accuracy, order fulfillment, and teamwork across store operations.
