Job Summary
Installer Service Specialist at O'Reilly Auto Parts, overseeing daily activity of the delivery team, processing customer orders over phone/online, invoicing, staging parts for delivery, directing delivery personnel to ensure timely orders, and supporting front/retail counters. Responsibilities include ensuring vehicle inspections are completed, maintaining fleet devices, coordinating with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers, verifying billed merchandise and warranty/cores, handling returns, assisting with backroom duties, and processing labor claims efficiently. Desired: hands-on automotive repair knowledge, Spanish language skills, and ASE Certification to strengthen technical service and customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- ASE Certification ideally
- Strong background in mechanics
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Experience with mechanics or automotive repairs a plus
