Job Summary
The Installer Service Specialist is a technical parts specialist overseeing daily activities of delivery specialists to ensure timely order deliveries. Responsibilities include working with professional customers to develop sales relationships, processing orders, maintaining delivery vehicles, auditing customer returns for warranty abuse, and assisting with labor claims. A strong background in mechanics and communication skills are required, with desired qualifications including automotive repair knowledge and ASE certification.
