Installer Service Specialist

Manage the installer counter by developing sales relationships with professional customers, taking orders over the phone and online, and directing delivery specialists to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Maintain delivery vehicles according to company standards, complete daily inspections, and enter accurate mileages into fleet management devices. Verify all product billing, including warranty parts and cores, before customers leave the store, and audit returns for warranty abuse while ensuring timely credit for new cores. Assist with front and retail counter duties, backroom operations such as auto-loading and stock management, and process customer labor claims efficiently.
