Installer Service Specialist

Oversee and direct daily activities of delivery specialists to ensure accurate and timely order deliveries for professional customers. Work with installers to develop sales relationships, take orders over the phone and online, and invoice customers. Direct efforts to pick and stage parts, route delivery vehicles, and ensure all vehicle inspections and mileage entries are completed daily. Verify product billing, process warranty returns and labor claims, and audit customer returns for warranty abuse. Assist on front and retail counters as needed, including backroom duties such as auto-loading, returns, and stock management. Strong background in mechanics required, with ASE certification highly desired. Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is encouraged.
