Job Summary
As an Installer Service Specialist, you will oversee and direct daily delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries for professional customers. This role requires you to develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers, handle customer orders, and ensure proper invoice and delivery management. You'll also be responsible for vehicle maintenance and inspections, auditing warranty returns, and assisting with customer claims. A strong background in mechanics and effective communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in mechanics
- Above average communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
