Installer Service Specialist

Manage the installer counter by developing sales relationships with professional customers, taking orders over the phone and online, and invoicing clients. Direct delivery specialists to ensure timely order fulfillment, verify merchandise and warranty parts before customers leave, and process customer labor claims efficiently. Maintain delivery vehicles according to company standards, complete daily inspections, and enter accurate mileages into fleet management devices. Assist with backroom duties including auto-loading, returns, and stock management as needed. Audit customer returns for warranty abuse and ensure all tags are labeled correctly. Strong background in mechanics and ASE certification required.
