Installer Service Specialist

Oversee and direct the daily activity of delivery specialists to ensure customers receive accurate and timely order deliveries. Work with installers and professional customers to develop sales relationships, taking orders over the phone and online while invoicing and routing parts for delivery. Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards, completing daily inspections and entering mileages into fleet management devices. Verify all product and warranty parts are billed before customers leave the store, audit returns for warranty abuse, and process customer labor claims quickly. Assist on the front and retail counters as needed, handle backroom duties including auto-loading and stock, and ensure all core and warranty returns are picked up and credited in a timely manner.
