Installer Service Specialist

Manage daily operations at the installer counter by developing sales relationships with professional customers, processing phone and online orders, and directing delivery specialists to ensure timely parts delivery. Maintain delivery vehicles according to company standards, verify all product billing including warranty parts and cores, and audit customer returns for warranty abuse. Assist with front and retail counter duties, backroom stock management, and processing customer labor claims.
