Job Summary
Installer Service Specialist at O'Reilly Auto Parts services professional customers via the installer counter, oversees daily activities of the delivery specialist, and builds sales relationships. Responsibilities include taking and invoicing orders by phone and online, directing parts picking and staging for delivery, coordinating delivery routing, maintaining delivery vehicles and inspections, ensuring returns are processed promptly, billing and warranty/cores handling, assisting on front and back counters, supporting backroom duties, handling customer labor claims efficiently, and collaborating with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to deliver superior service.
