Job Summary
Installer Service Specialist oversees and directs the daily activity of the delivery team to ensure professional customers receive accurate, timely orders and service. The role includes taking and invoicing orders, picking and staging parts for delivery, coordinating with delivery specialists, ensuring vehicle inspections and fleet data are maintained, verifying billed product/merchandise including warranty parts and cores, and handling returns/credits and warranty abuse audits. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; experience in automotive repairs and ASE Certification are valued. The position also supports front and retail counter duties and backroom operations (stock, returns, labor claims) with a focus on delivering superior service and growing customer relationships with sales teams and territory managers.

- ASE Certification
