The Installer Service Specialist is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the delivery specialist, ensuring customers receive accurate and timely order deliveries. Key responsibilities include developing sales relationships with installers, processing orders, managing delivery vehicle maintenance and inspections, auditing customer returns, and providing superior service alongside sales specialists. Applicants should possess a strong background in mechanics with above average communication skills.
