Installer Service Specialist

Manage installer counter operations by developing sales relationships with professional customers, taking phone and online orders, and directing delivery specialists to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment. Invoice customer orders, verify product billing including warranty parts and cores, and process new core and warranty returns promptly. Maintain delivery vehicles according to company standards, complete daily inspections, and enter accurate mileages into fleet management devices. Audit customer returns for warranty abuse, assist with labor claims, and support front and retail counter duties as needed.
