Installer Service Specialist

Manage the installer counter by developing sales relationships with professional customers, taking orders over the phone and online, and directing delivery specialists to ensure timely order fulfillment. Invoice customer orders, verify product and warranty billing before departure, and audit returns for warranty abuse while ensuring cores are picked up and credited. Maintain delivery vehicles according to company standards, complete daily inspections, and enter accurate mileages into fleet management devices. Assist with backroom duties including auto-loading, stock, and customer labor claims as needed. Requires strong mechanics background, ASE certification, and fluency in multiple languages.
