Job Summary
Formulate and execute work and delivery schedules for plantscape, hygiene, and holiday projects. Load service vehicles, drive delivery vans or trucks, and install plants, hardgoods, scenting equipment, and holiday decor in accordance with job specifications. Monitor orders, confirm delivery details, and address client concerns while conducting health and safety audits and preventing damage to site interiors. Remove plant materials, dispose of waste per policy, and assist with seasonal decoration removal. Complete service reports documenting all tasks. Be available for occasional after-hour work, including early site access and outdoor installations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in trades or construction related field
- Able to safely climb ladders and work on ladders
- Have a good driving record and ability to drive a large van / truck
- Solid communication and critical problem solving skills
- Independent and dependable
- Able to solve problems and escalate concerns
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to read and complete online training courses
- Likes a physical job
