Job Summary
HVAC Installer position in Easley, SC for a full-time role with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. We are seeking both experienced and entry-level Installation Technicians who will participate in our in-house training program, learn HVAC installation skills, and contribute to delivering clean, safe, and reliable service to customers in their homes. The role includes on-the-job training, the use of provided tools, a company vehicle for technicians, and advancement opportunities, with requirements including a clean, drug-free presence and passing background checks. The team emphasizes punctuality, customer service, and operating with integrity while helping customers breathe comfort in their homes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience or entry-level installation technician in HVAC preferred but not required; in-house training provided
- Must be able to pass drug and background checks
- Ability to learn and apply HVAC installation skills
- Willingness to work a full-time schedule and overtime as needed
- Clean, dependable, and customer-focused
- Ability to work in customers' homes and maintain safety standards
