Job Summary
The Installer is responsible for assisting in job construction including cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, flooring, and tile work. Duties include managing field labor and materials, ensuring job site safety, tracking time, and maintaining job site cleanliness. Candidates should have basic carpentry skills, experience in customer service, and the ability to work independently or in teams. Proficiency with tools, computer skills, and meeting safety standards are also required.
Required Qualifications

- Basic carpentry skills
- Experience in a customer service-related industry
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience preferred as a carpenter or related field
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service-related industry
- Computer skills, with knowledge of the primary Microsoft Office programs
- Able to lift & carry items up to 75 lbs.
- Proficient use of all tools per mid-level Carpenter requirements
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Clean DMV record and valid Driver’s license
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
