Job Summary
Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes or light commercial settings, supervise Install Helpers, perform start-ups, diagnose as needed, design and install ducts and fittings, deliver excellent customer service, promote products and services, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Work under supervision of Field Supervisor or General Manager; maintain company vehicles/tools; complete accurate paperwork; collect payments; uphold professional, ethical conduct; adhere to safety rules and PPE requirements; coordinate with Sales/Service Coordinator on replacement product leads; and follow company procedures for stock, returns, and vehicle maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with additional training and 1+ years’ experience in HVAC with technical training certification required
- EPA and safety certifications required
- Must possess all valid licensing or certification as required by federal, state, provincial, or local governmental laws or regulations for the geographical work area
