Job Summary
Prepare, load, and deliver plant and hardgoods to client sites using a van or truck. Execute installation services for living green walls, including planting containers, vases, and planter beds at various heights. Maintain equipment components, prevent damage to floors and furniture during service, and install scenting or air purification devices as needed. Perform occasional warehouse tasks like plant receiving, schedule delivery arrangements, and handle after-hour projects for early site access. Assist with holiday decoration installations and removals. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience with power tools.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence
- Experience interacting with clients
- Regular lifting up to 50 lbs
- Able to safely climb ladders and work on ladders up to 12 ft
- Experience using pruners, scissors, and other sharp objects
- Experience using drills, saws, and other power tools
- Be available for occasional 'after-hour' project work (for example early access to some customer sites like shopping malls for large tree delivery or replacement)
- Some outdoor/exterior work will be required
- Assist on holiday decoration installations decorating the interior and exterior of buildings with a team
- Assist on the removal of holiday decorations as needed at the end of the season
- Must be able to prevent damage to surrounding floors, walls, carpet, furniture, etc. during installation service
- Be able to deliver and install scenting and air purification equipment as necessary
Desired Qualifications
- Experience caring for plants is preferred
- Lift certification is a plus
