Job Summary
Prepare jobsites for setup and tear-down, assess hazards, and maintain productivity while collaborating with crew members to maximize installation efficiencies. Set up and tear down tarps and runners, stage all product types, and complete daily tool audits. Ensure safety practices are followed, including PPE, fall protection, and proper lifting requirements, while assisting with minor service calls and providing general warehouse support. This role involves working on projects primarily in Northeast Ohio with a focus on delivering a world-class homeowner experience through the installation of Renewal by Andersen windows and doors.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Valid Driver's License with ability to pass a fleet check
- Basic construction techniques
- Basic understanding and knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices
- Safety knowledge of all equipment
- Proper usage and understanding of PPE
- Ability to lift up to 83 pounds
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Initiative; ability to work independently
- Flexibility; willingness to work variable work schedules

- First Aid/CPR
