Installer I at Andersen Corporation responsible for installing Renewal by Andersen/RbA windows and doors on residential/home improvement projects. Key duties include preparing and securing job sites, hazard assessment and safety compliance (PPE, fall protection, power tools, lifting), coordinating with other installers to maximize efficiency, delivering homeowner delight, maintaining productivity, conducting tool audits, setting up and tearing down protective substrates, and providing general warehouse support. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, basic construction techniques, OSHA safety knowledge, PPE proficiency, and ability to lift up to 83 pounds; CORO Safety & Compliance training and First Aid/CPR every two years; expected to participate in ongoing trainings and benefit from a comprehensive Total Rewards Package including 401(k), health/dental/vision, FSAs/HSA/HRA, PTO, parental leave, and profit sharing.
