Job Summary
Installers travel to residential or commercial buildings to install equipment, troubleshoot problems, test the equipment, and clean up the job after completion. Duties include general construction tasks such as digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up; assist with installation of products and services under supervision; load, carry, and deliver heavy materials up to 50 lbs; enter crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs; work outdoors in varying weather; follow safety standards; support team goals; maintain professionalism and integrity; and report to work on time. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and delivering results for customers.
Required Qualifications
- Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license
- Knowledge of trade-specific tools and correct use of equipment
- Previous experience in the construction industry
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to perform general construction tasks (digging, back-filling trenches, site clean-up)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to enter confined spaces (crawl spaces and basements)
