Job Summary
Assist with installation of monument, pylon, channel letters, and other signage while maintaining an organized truck inventory. Diagnose and repair electrical issues, operate a bucket truck, and lead or train service and installation technicians. Communicate all required information regarding statues, issues, and surveys on the job site, ensuring all requirements are met. Continually seek improvements in the service and installation process. Work collaboratively within a team environment with the install/service department, sales, and customers. Most shifts run 10 hours Monday through Thursday, with occasional overnight and out-of-town assignments.

- Ability to diagnose and repair electrical issues with signs
- Ability to improvise due to job site conditions
- Enjoy hands on work and variety of work
- Professional in demeanor and a true team player
- Highly motivated, high energy, positive outlook with a strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate well
- Clean driving record
- High school or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- CDL (preferred but not required)
- Welding
