Job Summary
Install and wire fire alarm systems and access control equipment; read plans and drawings; support other technicians with system point checks; assist in troubleshooting installations; maintain customer satisfaction for continual company growth; role requires 3+ years experience, familiarity with NEC/NFPA codes, ability to use basic hand tools, and a clean driving record; requires punctuality, professional presentation, and ability to pass background and drug test; work environment includes exposure to various conditions and physical demands; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, holidays, EAP, disability coverage, and flexible spending plan.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience installing and/or testing, inspecting, and performing minor repairs on fire alarm systems
- Be able to professionally present yourself
- Must be able to work with basic hand tools, follow directions, and be able to read and write
- Knowledgeable of NEC & NFPA codes and regulations
- Ability to communicate clearly and follow directions
- Ability to show up on time, ready to work, and in uniform
- Ability to abide by basic safe work practices
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Must successfully pass a background check & drug test
