Job Summary
Assist installation teams with residential bathroom and kitchen remodel projects by prepping job sites, assembling materials, and executing setup tasks under the guidance of a Lead Installer. Participate in training programs to master installation techniques, tools, and safety protocols while continuously improving skills through hands-on observation of senior installers. Maintain clean job sites, ensure proper material storage, and report any damaged equipment for replacement. Support customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns during the installation process to uphold professionalism and satisfaction. Work Monday through Friday with occasional weekend coverage based on project needs, lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing physically demanding tasks in varying conditions.
