Job Summary
Assist installation teams with residential bathroom and kitchen remodel projects by prepping job sites, assembling materials, and executing setup tasks under the guidance of a Lead Installer. Participate in training programs to master proper installation techniques, tools, and safety protocols while continuously improving skills through hands-on observation of senior installers. Maintain clean work environments, store materials correctly, and report any damaged equipment. Support customer satisfaction by addressing questions and concerns during the installation process. Work Monday through Friday with occasional weekend availability, lifting up to 50 lbs. at residential job sites.
