Job Summary
Dig, back-fill trenches, and perform site clean-up while installing foundation and water management equipment at residential and commercial job sites. Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials up to 50 lbs, enter confined spaces for repairs, and troubleshoot assigned work under supervision. Work outdoors in various weather conditions, adhering to safety standards and company policies while fostering teamwork and maintaining professionalism. Travel regularly to job sites, reporting reliably each day. Competitive base pay plus per-job bonuses, with tools, transportation, and boots provided.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment
- Previous experience working in the construction industry
- Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver's license
- Ability to Lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be able to follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct
- Must be able to maintain professionalism, integrity, and uphold the company's reputation
- Must be able to foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals
- Must be able to assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
