Job Summary
Install luxury brand appliances in customers' homes according to manufacturer specifications and Company quality standards. Lead a two-person installation team while unloading, positioning, connecting, testing, and demonstrating appliances to ensure proper operation. Troubleshoot routine installation challenges and determine effective field solutions. Protect customer property by maintaining clean, work areas and complete installation documentation while communicating job status accurately. Operate Company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely and professionally. Requires 2+ years of residential appliance installation experience, proficiency with electrical, gas, plumbing, and ventilation connections, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of residential appliance installation experience with the ability to independently install and troubleshoot appliances according to manufacturer specifications
- Experience working with electrical, gas, plumbing, and ventilation connections
- Mechanical aptitude and proficiency using common hand and power tools
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 100 pounds using proper lifting techniques and material-handling equipment
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check

- Construction, remodeling, finish carpentry, cabinetry, or related skilled trade experience
