Job Summary
Oversee installation services, repairs, and remodeling work by managing schedules, recruiting field personnel, and ensuring subcontractors meet company codes of conduct. Schedule and coordinate installed services while working with the sales force to identify opportunities, make presentations, and research market trends. Direct installer training to ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA regulations, and safety standards through regular inspections. Solve problems by analyzing issues and providing recommendations to improve processes and maintain high-quality workmanship. Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Required Qualifications
- 2 + years of installed sales or related building materials or installation experience
- Strong knowledge of installation methods and process improvements
- Ability to solve problems by using strong judgment in analyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating the problem
- Possess excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze and provide recommendations to solve problems
- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- A strong commitment to customer service
- A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company are necessary to this position
