Job Summary
Oversee installation services, repairs, and remodeling work by managing schedules, recruiting field personnel, and ensuring subcontractors meet company codes of conduct. Coordinate installed services, identify sales opportunities, and present to potential customers to meet sales and margin goals. Direct installer training, conduct safety inspections for OSHA compliance, and resolve troubleshooting issues while maintaining high workmanship standards. Requires 2+ years of installation experience, strong judgment, and a valid driver's license. Full-time role with health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and vacation benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2 + years of installed sales or related building materials or installation experience
- Strong knowledge of installation methods and process improvements
- Ability to solve problems by using strong judgment in analyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating the problem
- Possess excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze and provide recommendations to solve problems
- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- A strong commitment to customer service
- A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company
- Knowledge of building materials
- Knowledge of local building codes
- Knowledge of proper installation techniques
