Job Summary
Oversee installation services, repairs, and remodeling work by managing schedules, recruiting field personnel, and subcontractors. Ensure all paperwork, company codes of conduct, and OSHA regulations are met through inspections and training. Coordinate jobs to meet contract timelines while identifying sales opportunities and presenting to customers. Analyze market trends to grow installed sales and solve problems using strong judgment. Maintain a reliable vehicle and apply company mission values to deliver high-quality workmanship with respect.
Required Qualifications
- 2 + years of installed sales or related building materials or installation experience
- Strong knowledge of installation methods and process improvements
- Ability to solve problems by using strong judgment in analyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating the problem
- Possess excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze and provide recommendations to solve problems
- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- A strong commitment to customer service
- A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company
- Knowledge of building materials
- Knowledge of local building codes
- Knowledge of proper installation techniques
