Job Summary
Lead installation projectors and ensure smart technical solutions across early project stages, including system selection and detailed building documentation. Develop testing programs and final-phase schedules while collaborating with installation buyers for subcontractor procurement. Advise on system choices and support the after-sales group on installation-related inquiries. Manage projects with a focus on safety, sustainability, and energy efficiency for complex developments like Solna Link and the new Norrtälje acute hospital. Requires 5-8 years of experience in both design and production, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to prioritize between big-picture thinking and detail-oriented execution.
Required Qualifications
- Minst 5-8 års erfarenhet inom installationsområdet
- Erfarenhet från både projektering och produktion
- Djup teknisk kunskap inom ett eller flera installationsområden
- Förmåga att göra kloka tekniska val med hänsyn till energi och totalekonomi
- God förståelse för hela byggprocessen – både teoretiskt och praktiskt
- Förmåga att se helheter och prioritera, samtidigt som du kan hantera detaljfrågor
- En inkluderande och kommunikativ ledarstil
- Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska både i tal och skrift
