Job Summary
Installation Technician Trainee oversees glass repair, replacement, and recalibration services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop. Responsibilities include using Safelite tools and technologies (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, Glass Table System, MRM), safely operating company vehicles, providing high-quality customer service, communicating with customers in person, by text, and by phone, and performing other duties as assigned. The role includes paid training, tool provisions, career levels based on performance, and benefits including tuition reimbursement. Requires a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, Safelite SafeTech certification, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to work flexible hours in a repair/service environment.
