Job Summary
Install and repair Spectrum internet, TV, mobile, and voice services at customer premises while educating users on proper usage. Solve complex technical challenges using hand tools, climb ladders up to 32 feet, and operate company vehicles in various weather conditions. Travel to assigned locations, including during inclement weather, to maintain connectivity across 41 states. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency in computers and software. Earn $20+/hour with self-progression opportunities to leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
- Competent in using hand tools
- Valid Driver's license with safe driving record within company standards
- Walk over various terrains and weather conditions while carrying tools and equipment
- Safely use weight-bearing equipment (up to 345 lbs) and lift up to 75 lbs
- Climb ladders up to 32 feet and work in confined spaces and at heights
- Operate and navigate a company vehicle in changing environments
