Job Summary
Install and repair services in the field for Spectrum, educating customers on usage. Entry-level Field Technician with on-the-job training and a self-progression plan to advance from Field Technician I to IV (10% increases at progression levels) and opportunities to move into leadership roles. Outdoors-focused role with active, problem-solving work, customer interaction, and the potential to earn increases through the self-progression program; involves travel, use of hand tools, and driving. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, English proficiency, and ability to work in various outdoor conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Valid Driver’s license with safe driving record within company standards
- Ability to travel to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications; competent in using hand tools
- Physical ability to walk over various terrains and weather conditions; lift up to 75 lbs; climb ladders up to 32 feet; operate a company vehicle
