Job Summary
Install and repair Spectrum internet, TV, and mobile services while educating customers on usage. Solve complex technical issues outdoors using hand tools, operating vehicles, and navigating varied terrains in any weather. Carry equipment weighing up to 75 lbs, climb ladders to 32 feet, and work in confined spaces. Travel to customer premises, company facilities, and other locations as necessary, maintaining a valid driver's license. Fluent in English with proficiency in computers and software applications. Earn $20.50/hour with self-progression opportunities to increase pay and advance into leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- Work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
