Job Summary
Install, diagnose, and service commercial foodservice, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment for customers across Smart Care’s national coverage. Perform installation and commissioning of equipment, conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot and repair refrigeration and related systems, and provide high-quality, OEM-agnostic service for a broad range of kitchen and cold storage equipment. Leverage mechanical and electrical knowledge to support customers (grocery, restaurants, hospitality, healthcare, and more) with efficient, reliable service and quick response times. Collaborate with national technician teams to uphold Smart Care’s standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
