Job Summary
Installation Technician with ASE trainings and state inspection license required; performs tire services, oil changes, MPI, wheel alignments, and preventive maintenance, ensuring safety, adherence to VIP quality standards, and customer-service excellence; requires completion of LMS training and certifications, ability to interpret technical instructions, diagnose automotive issues, and communicate with customers; standard schedule is 5 days, 40 hours per week; indoor service department environment with exposure to chemicals and varying conditions; physical demands include lifting up to more than 21 lbs and standing/walking; includes mandatory safety and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- One year of related experience in automotive servicefield
- Completion of two-year college or technical school programrecommended
- Or an equivalent combination of education andexperience
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state ofresidence
- Equipment SafetyCertification
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- ASE Certification A4 – Suspension & Steering
- ASE Certification A5 – Brakes
- State Inspection License
