Job Summary
Installation Technician responsible for automotive tire services, oil changes, MPI and preventive maintenance, performing safe and correct service per VIP processes, completing service work orders, ordering parts through the Desk Team, maintaining shop cleanliness and safety, and achieving a minimum productive balance. Requires ability to diagnose simple automotive problems, communicate with customers, and maintain ASE certifications (G1, A4, A5) and a State Inspection License; position supports a 5-day, 40-hour work week and requires safety training, day-forcing LMS modules, and adherence to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- One year of related experience in automotive service field
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- ASE Certification A4 – Suspension & Steering
- ASE Certification A5 – Brakes
- State Inspection License
