Job Summary
Install data center containment and cage systems, including roof panels, frames, end-of-row doors, sealing components, and modular assemblies; install and anchor raised floor systems (tiles, pedestals, stringers, and underfloor bracing); install ladder racks, cable trays, basket systems, and overhead conveyance infrastructure for organized cable management; install and validate wireless thermal monitoring sensors (EkkoSense pairing, testing, and documentation); ensure proper alignment, fastening, gap sealing, and load-bearing compliance to maintain airflow efficiency and structural integrity; safely handle and install doors, oversized panels, and reinforced security components; work on ladders, elevated systems, and around live equipment following data center safety and access protocols; physically capable of lifting 50–75 lbs, standing long shifts, and performing repetitive tasks; travel up to 90% and pass background/drug screening; OSHA 10 and PPE compliance required; preferred forklift understanding and data center knowledge; email resumes to careers@PeregrineTeam.com or apply here.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- ability to read, speak, and write basic English
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- proficiency using hand and power tools
- ability to read installation drawings and measurements
- OSHA 10 certified
- knowledge of safe lifting techniques, ladder safety, overhead work, and strict PPE compliance
- Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time
- pass background check and drug screening
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
