Job Summary
As an Installation Technician, you will install energy-saving solutions such as insulation and air sealing in attics and basements while providing excellent customer service. The role requires physical stamina, including the ability to climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs. A valid Class C driver’s license is mandatory. Knowledge of home construction or building science is beneficial but not required, as training will be provided to the right candidate. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
